Rusovský park a lužné lesy / Birdwatching in English style

Jeseň je považovaná za najfarebnejšie ročné obdobie. Jej farby a podoby budeme spoznávať v Rusovskom parku a priľahlých porastoch lužného lesa. Na mohutných a starých stromoch sa darí rôznym druhom ďatlov či brhlíkom. Nemali by nám újsť ani spevavce ako sú sýkorky, červienky alebo pinky. Okrem starého parku navštívime aj chránené územie Ostrovné lúčky. Mokrade v lužnom lese môžu ukrývať chriaštele, volavky i rybárika.

Miesto a čas stretnutia: 8:50, pod Mostom SNP na zastávke autobusu č. 91 alebo o 9:30 pred vchodom do Rusovského parku.

Autumn is considered to be the most colourful season of the year. We will discover its colours and appearance in the park in Rusovce and nearby floodplain forest. Various species of woodpeckers thrive in the growth of old trees next to the manor-house from 17th century. Smaller trees and bushes use to hide tits, Robins or Chaffinches. Beside the old park we will visit Ostrovné lúčky Nature Reserve. In the wetlands of floodplain forest we will try to find Water Rails, Herons and Kingfishers.

Meeting place and time: 8:50 am at the #91 bus stop under Most SNP Bridge, or 9:30 at the entrance to the park in Rusovce
